Installation Coordinator/Service

Coordinate all aspects of the physical installations, deficiencies, and service from the time of delivery date notification until completion. The Installation coordinator is responsible for coordinating all trades to complete the project with the customer in mind. Knowledge of the construction and management fields are an asset. Responsibilities / Requirements

  • Ensure all jobs continue to flow after receiving a delivery date until payment in full.
  • Manage all projects fully and completely.
  • Communicate with installers on a daily basis to confirm project details.
  • Collect payments. • Notify and arrange all necessary inspections from local building departments including final inspection.
  • Organizing tear downs and take a way.
  • Scheduling techno post in 3 weeks before actual room begins.
  • Arrange concrete crew to begin if necessary.
  • Delivery of pre-arranged PO’s from lumber yards.
  • Book Lifestyle crews for necessary time to complete the job.
  • Expedite, order, and deliver any missing or damaged material necessary to complete the job to obtain final payment as quickly as possible.
  • Apply any payment adjustments – contact the sales rep if necessary.
  • Handle all service requests.
