HOW TO DOUBLE YOUR WINNINGS:

1. At the time of placing your Lifestyle Home Products order, you must show this Scratch & Win Card (original Scratch & Win card only, no duplicates, copies, photographs or digital image) to your Lifestyle Sales Representative.
2. The representative will record the winning dollar discount on the order, and get approval to double that discount value on the original Scratch & Win card from Lifestyle head office.
3. The value of the final Double Your Win Discount cannot exceed 10% of the final order.
4. The Scratch & Win discount card value, or doubled winnings resulting from this added promotion, can be applied only once to a Lifestyle Home Products order.
5. The Scratch & Win discount card value, or doubled winnings resulting from this promotion, cannot be combined with any other Lifestyle Home Products offer.
6. The Scratch & Win discount card value prize has no cash value.
7. This Scratch & Win discount card value is only valid for use between Jan 1, 2020 and Dec. 31, 2020 with the discount applied on a Lifestyle product/installation by June 1, 2021.
8. Scratch & Win card holders must be over the age of 18 and not be related to a Lifestyle Home Products employee.
