You must have your name entered by Lifestyle for a chance to win. To do so call a Lifestyle Customer Service Representative at 1-800-465-0593. Please mention ONE-DAY BATH RENO BALLOT.

1. The prize has no cash value. Maximum bath reno value $6,750 Canadian.
2. Draw entry date is between Jan 1, 2021 and Dec. 31, 2021.
3. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE: Prize consists of a no cost one-time order by the winner for the supply and installation of Lifestyle’s One-Day Bath product for the winner’s home having a retail value of up to $6,500. (Winner can choose to order additional features at their own expense.) Prize must be redeemed (meaning a standard purchase agreement must be entered into between the winner and Lifestyle Home Products) and the installation completed no later than June 30, 2022(delays caused by Lifestyle Home Products excepted).

Lifestyle Home Products, at its discretion, may substitute any Prize for equal or greater value. The Prize is only available for the winner’s home at the address submitted on the winner’s entry form, and may not be: transferred to another home, transferred to another person, or divided. The Prize cannot be combined with other offers. Winner will obtain standard Lifestyle Home Products warranties on the Lifestyle Home Products product. The prize is otherwise being provided ‘as is,’ and Lifestyle Home Products makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The winner will be notified by email or phone sometime before December 31, 2021. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must sign the ‘Declaration and Release’ form, which will be sent by e-mail, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by Lifestyle Home Products, allow Lifestyle Home Products to take and publish before and after photos of the winner’s home, and allow Lifestyle Home Products to take and publish photos of the Winner posing with a cheque and/or in front of the Winner’s home. If the winner cannot be reached within 10 days, or fails to complete and return the required contest documents, within 14 days after the document is sent, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected.

PRIVACY: Lifestyle Home Products will not share entrant information provided on entry forms with third parties except as needed to run and promote the results of this contest. Unless an entrant indicates otherwise on the entry form, Lifestyle Home Products may use the entrant’s e-mail address and other contact information to send them Lifestyle Home Products promotional material through email or mail. You may choose to unsubscribe to our email list at anytime. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all residents of Ontario in the Lifestyle Home Products One-Day Bath installation service area. (Upon entering contest, please ask the Lifestyle Customer Service representative for details). All entrants must have reached the age of majority and must exclude employees, families or affiliates (or those with whom they are domiciled) of Lifestyle Home Products. Entrants must correctly answer, unaided, the skill testing question on the ‘Declaration and Release’ form to be eligible for the prize.
By entering, entrants release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestyle Home Products and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, dealers and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind (including actual legal fees and expenses) (whether under legal theories of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, operation of law or otherwise) resulting from participation in the contest.

GENERAL: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
